Kansas High School Football - Holcomb smashes Ulysses

September 15, 2023: Ulysses, KS 67880

The Holcomb Longhorns (Holcomb, KS) football routed the host Ulysses Tigers (Ulysses, KS), 61-7 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Longhorns face the Goodland Cowboys (Goodland, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 22. Holcomb will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Cowboys enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 16-14 non-league win over Lakin (Lakin, KS).

The Tigers (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Chanute (Chanute, KS). The Blue Comets enter the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Chanute was overwhelmed by Tonganoxie (Tonganoxie, KS), 38-21, in a non-league bout.
