Howard Huskies (Macon, GA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Pike County Pirates (Zebulon, GA), 49-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Howard improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Huskies host Perry (Perry, GA) to confront the Panthers in a AAAA Region 2 test on Friday, September 22. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Perry won 42-21 in their recent non-league test against Peach County (Fort Valley, GA)

With the loss, Pike County drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Pirates host Lamar County (Barnesville, GA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league test on Friday, September 29. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 3-2.
