Tennessee High School Football - Unaka drops to Jellico

In Friday's league game, the Jellico Blue Devils (Jellico, TN) football team knocked off the visiting Unaka Rangers (Elizabethton, TN), by a final score of 21-0.

The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Midway (Kingston, TN). The Green Wave come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Midway topped Sunbright (Sunbright, TN), 49-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Rangers play the Happy Valley Warriors (Elizabethton, TN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 22. Unaka will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 38-12 league win over Eagleton College & Career Academy (Maryville, TN).
