The Middlesex Bluejays football team (Middlesex, NJ), was tipped 12-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting South Hunterdon Eagles (Lambertville, NJ)
The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Manville (Manville, NJ). The Mustangs come into the Big Central - Freedom Silver challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Manville nipped Dayton (Springfield, NJ), 41-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Bluejays now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dunellen for a Big Central - Freedom Silver challenge on Thursday, September 21. Middlesex will meet a Destroyers team coming off a 44-25 league win over Belvidere (Belvidere, NJ). The Destroyers record now stands at 3-0.
