The Richwoods Knights football team (Peoria, IL), was ripped 42-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Peoria Notre Dame Irish (Peoria, IL)
The Irish (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, IL). The Crimsons come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Jacksonville was ripped by Rochester (Rochester, IL), 56-0, in a league challenge.
The Knights now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Normal West for a Big Twelve challenge on Friday, September 22. Richwoods will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 65-14 league win over Urbana (Urbana, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.
