Alabama High School Football - Randolph County gets by Ragland

The Randolph County Tigers football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Ragland Purple Devils to 34 in the Tigers non-league win on Friday.

The Tigers now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Weaver for a 3A Region 4 battle on Friday, September 22. Randolph County will play a Bearcats squad coming off a 42-29 league loss to Childersburg (Childersburg, AL). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-3.

Coming up next, the Purple Devils play the Wadley Bulldogs (Wadley, AL) in a 1A Region 6 battle, on Friday, September 22. Ragland will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 4-0 record after their 48-0 league win over Donoho (Anniston, AL).
