    The Thomasville Bulldogs football team (Thomasville, NC), was knocked off 12-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC)

    The Hornets (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Dragons come into the 1A/2A Central Carolina challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, West Davidson was knocked off by Trinity (Trinity, NC), 34-21, in a non-league challenge.

    The Bulldogs now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host North Rowan for a 1A/2A Central Carolina challenge on Friday, September 22. Thomasville will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 20-14 league win over South Davidson (Denton, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 4-1.
