Ohio High School Football - West Jefferson defeats Southeastern Local

September 15, 2023: South Charleston, OH 45368

In Friday's league match, the visiting West Jefferson Roughriders football squad scored a good 40-20 victory over the Southeastern Local Trojans.

In their next game, the Roughriders clash with the Mechanicsburg Indians (Mechanicsburg, OH) in a Ohio Heritage match, on Friday, September 22. West Jefferson will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 3-2 record after their 37-6 league win over Catholic Central (Springfield, OH).

The Trojans (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Catholic Central (Springfield, OH). The Irish enter the Ohio Heritage match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Catholic Central dropped by Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, OH), 37-6, in a league match.
