In Friday's league match, the host West Marshall Trojans football squad scored a good 52-21 victory over the Vinton-Shellsburg Vikings.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Jesup J-Hawks (Jesup, IA) in a 2A District 6 match, on Friday, September 22. West Marshall will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The J-Hawks enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 50-7 league loss to Prairie City-Monroe (Monroe, IA).
