Centennial Hawks (Las Cruces, NM) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hawks confront the Carlsbad Cavemen (Carlsbad, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 22. Centennial will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.

The Wildcats now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Artesia for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 16. Clovis will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.
