The Conifer Lobos softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Dakota Ridge Eagles to 2 in the Lobos non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Conifer improves its record to 8-5 on the year. The Lobos host Standley Lake (Westminster, CO) to clash with the Gators in a 4A Jeffco game on Monday, September 18. The Gators come into the game with a record of 9-7. Standley Lake lost 11-1 in their recent league game against D'Evelyn (Denver, CO)

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Arvada West Wildcats (Arvada, CO) in a 5A Jeffco game, on Monday, September 18. Dakota Ridge will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 14-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Lutheran (Parker, CO).
