The Academy of the Sacred Heart Cardinals volleyball team (New Orleans, LA), went down 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Mt. Carmel Cubs (New Orleans, LA)

The Cubs (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA). The Rebels enter the non-league challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Teurlings Catholic went down by St. Mary's Dominican (New Orleans, LA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals encounter the St. Louis Catholic Saints (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 16. Academy of the Sacred Heart will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA).
