Virginia High School Volleyball - New Covenant over Blue Ridge Christian

September 15, 2023: Lynchburg, VA 24501

The New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA) volleyball overcame the visiting Blue Ridge Christian Bears (Bridgewater, VA), 3-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, New Covenant upgrades its record to 10-1 on the year. The Gryphons travel to Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA) to face the Crusaders in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 19. The Crusaders go into the outing with a record of 4-2. Temple Christian won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA)

The Bears now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to United Christian Academy for a VISAA Virginia Christian - Northern outing on Tuesday, September 19. Blue Ridge Christian will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Grace Christian (Staunton, VA). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-2.
