The Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Challenger Firebirds to 1 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now have a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Haywood Christian Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic game on Monday, September 18.

The Firebirds (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy (Lincolnton, NC). The Crusaders enter the Western Piedmont Athletic game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy dropped by Christian Family Academy (Hickory, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
