The Cumby Trojans topped the host Tom Bean Tomcats volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league test.
The Trojans now have a 4-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cross Roads for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. Cumby will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Milford (Milford, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 23-8.
The Tomcats (3-18) will now prepare for their test against Trenton (Trenton, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 17-14 record. In their last test, Trenton was knocked off by Sulphur Bluff (Sulphur Bluff, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
