Rhode Island High School Volleyball - East Providence over Mt. Hope

East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Townies battle the St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI) in a Division 2 match, on Monday, September 18. East Providence will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Saints come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 4-1 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, RI).

With the loss, Mt. Hope drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Huskies host St. Mary Academy-Bay View (East Providence, RI) to battle the Bengals in a Division 2 match on Tuesday, September 19.
