The Providence Academy Patriots volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting McAuley Catholic Warriors to 1 in the Patriots non-league victory on Friday.
The Patriots now possess a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ozark Catholic Academy for a non-league game on Monday, September 18. Providence Academy will meet a Griffins team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, AR). The Griffins record now stands at 2-5.
The Warriors (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Pierce City (Pierce City, MO). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Pierce City nipped Pleasant Hope (Pleasant Hope, MO), 3-1, in a non-league game.
