The San Diego Cavers topped the visiting Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cavers now have a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coronado for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. San Diego will confront a Islanders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over High Tech SD (San Diego, CA). The Islanders record now stands at 12-8.
The Yellow Jackets (2-13) will now prepare for their test against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA). The Foothillers enter the non-league test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Grossmont was knocked off by High Tech Mesa (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
