In Monday's non-league outing, the host Linganore Lancers soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Middletown Knights.
The Lancers now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Frederick for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. Linganore will play a Cadets squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Winters Mill (Westminster, MD). The Cadets record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Middletown moves to 1-2 on the year. The Knights host Walkersville (Walkersville, MD) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Monday, September 22. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-1.
