The Battle Ground Academy Wildcats (Franklin, TN) soccer overwhelmed the host Middle Tennessee Christian Cougars (Murfreesboro, TN), 9-0 in Monday's league challenge.
The Wildcats now hold a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Christ Presbyterian Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 16. Battle Ground Academy will face a Lions team coming off a 3-1 league win over Ensworth (Nashville, TN). The Lions record now stands at 6-0.
The Cougars (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Columbia Academy (Columbia, TN). The Bulldogs enter the D II-A Middle 3 contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Columbia Academy topped Zion Christian Academy (Columbia, TN), 2-0, in a league challenge.
