The Capital Jaguars got by the host Espanola Valley Sundevils football team by a score of 8-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Jaguars meet the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 22. Capital will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Pintos come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 36-0 non-league loss to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM).

The Dons come into the test with a record of 0-2. West Las Vegas lost 28-14 in their recent non-league test against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM)
