The Meridian Mustangs football squad scored 33 points and limited the visiting Millbrook Pioneers to 12 in the Mustangs league victory on Monday.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Fauquier Falcons (Warrenton, VA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, September 24. Meridian will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 37-7 non-league loss to Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA).

With the defeat, Millbrook drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 2-2.
