Fans at Monday's league battle between the Leo Lions (Leo, IN) and the host Bellmont Braves (Decatur, IN), saw Leo's soccer squad knock off Bellmont by a count of 3-0.

The Lions (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against DeKalb (Waterloo, IN). The Barons enter the Northeast Hoosier battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, DeKalb tipped Huntington North (Huntington, IN), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Braves confront the Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 18. Bellmont will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 4-5 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Richmond (Richmond, IN).
