Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the La Porte Slicers (La Porte, IN) and the visiting Glenn Falcons (Walkerton, IN), saw La Porte's soccer squad knock off Glenn by a count of 3-1.

The Slicers (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Central (St. John, IN). The Indians enter the Duneland battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Lake Central by Munster (Munster, IN), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Falcons confront the LaVille Lancers (Lakeville, IN) in a Indiana Northern State battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Glenn will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Lancers enter the battle with a 5-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Bremen (Bremen, IN).
