The Marmion Cadets triumphed over the visiting Romeoville Spartans soccer squad by a margin of 4-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Cadets now hold a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Saint Ignatius College Prep for a Chicago Catholic bout on Tuesday, September 16. Marmion will encounter a Wolfpack squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL). The Wolfpack record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Romeoville drops to 6-7 on the season. The Spartans travel to Yorkville (Yorkville, IL) to face the Foxes in a Suburban Prairie contest on Tuesday, September 16. The Foxes enter the contest with a record of 3-5. Yorkville lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against Oswego (Oswego, IL)
