With the triumph, Asher improves its record to 17-6 on the year. The Indians host Wetumka (Wetumka, OK) to play the Chieftains in a non-league game on Monday, September 22. The Chieftains enter the game with a record of 16-7.

The Mustangs now hold a 12-10 record. They play next when they host Coalgate for a non-league game on Thursday, September 18. Allen will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Hartshorne (Hartshorne, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-5.
