Next, the Black Cats play the Saxony Lutheran Crusaders (Jackson, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Fredericktown will attempt to upgrade on its 6-0 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Chaffee (Chaffee, MO).

The Knights (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, MO). The Hawks enter the Class 3 District 2 challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Hillsboro overcame Kirkwood (Kirkwood, MO), 5-1, in a non-league challenge.
