The Chargers (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Newbury Park (Newbury Park, CA). The Panthers enter the Marmonte battle with a 17-5 record. In their last battle, Newbury Park dropped by Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Dragons now own a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Clara for a Frontier battle on Thursday, September 18. Foothill Tech will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Laguna Blanca (Santa Barbara, CA). The Saints record now stands at 5-3.
