Ohio High School Volleyball - Avon Lake crushed by Archbishop Hoban

In Monday's non-league match, the Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH), by a margin of 3-0.

The Knights now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Walsh Jesuit for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 16. Archbishop Hoban will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Broadview Heights, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Avon Lake drops to 8-5 on the campaign. The Shoremen host Midview (Grafton, OH) to clash with the Middies in a Southwestern bout on Tuesday, September 16. The Middies come into the bout with a record of 5-7. Midview lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against North (Eastlake, OH)
