Illinois High School Volleyball - Mater Dei can't hold off Columbia

The Columbia Eagles tipped the visiting Mater Dei Knights volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Eagles clash with the Roxana Shells (Roxana, IL) in a Cahokia (Mississippi Division) outing, on Wednesday, September 17. Columbia will attempt to better on its 15-1 season record.

With the loss, Mater Dei drops to 10-4 on the campaign. The Knights host O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 17. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 8-6. O'Fallon lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL)
