The Patriots (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Buccaneers enter the 7A Area 5 contest with a 8-15 record. In their last contest, Hoover was knocked off by Eureka (Eureka, MO), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Falcons meet the Rogers Pirates (Florence, AL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 16. Florence will attempt to move on its 1-16 season record. The Pirates enter the contest with a 4-8 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Hatton (Town Creek, AL).
