Michigan High School Volleyball - Swan Valley tips Hemlock

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Swan Valley Vikings volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Hemlock Huskies.

The Vikings (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Freeland (Freeland, MI). The Falcons enter the Tri-Valley - East challenge with a 16-6 record. In their last challenge, Freeland got by Durand (Durand, MI), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Johns for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Hemlock will face a Redwings squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI). The Redwings record now stands at 4-7.
