Washington High School Volleyball - Inglemoor edged by Mercer Island

Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA) backers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Inglemoor Vikings (Kenmore, WA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Islanders (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Mount Si was nudged by Bishop Blanchet (Seattle, WA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings meet the Cedarcrest Red Wolves (Duvall, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Inglemoor will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Red Wolves go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to South Kitsap (Port Orchard, WA).
