With the win, Nokomis improves its record to 17-0 on the campaign. The Redskins travel to Vandalia (Vandalia, IL) to meet the Vandals in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 17. The Vandals come into the challenge with a record of 0-10. Vandalia lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Lanphier (Springfield, IL)

Next, the Vipers meet the Mt. Olive Wildcats (Mt. Olive, IL) in a MSM challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. South County will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over South County (Franklin, IL).
