The Highlands Highlanders volleyball team (Highlands, NC), was dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Cherokee Braves (Cherokee, NC)

The Braves (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC). The Black Knights enter the challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Robbinsville was dropped by Hayesville (Hayesville, NC), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Highlanders meet the Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 20. Highlands will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Owen (Black Mountain, NC).
