North Carolina High School Football - Asheville School (Independent) trounces Greenville Hurricanes

September 16, 2022: Asheville, NC 28806

In Friday's non-league match, the host Asheville School (Independent) Blues football squad scored a big 54-8 victory over the Greenville Hurricanes Hurricanes.

In their next game, the Blues clash with the Cabarrus [Cannon/Concord Academy] Cougars (Concord, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 23. Asheville School (Independent) will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 41-10 non-league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC).

The Hurricanes (1-3) will now prepare for their match against New Hope Leadership Academy (Columbia, SC). The Gladiators enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record.
