In Friday's non-league match, the host Aurora Huskies football squad scored a big 58-6 victory over the Platteview Trojans.

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the St. Paul Wildcats (St. Paul, NE) in a C1 District 5 match, on Thursday, September 22. Aurora will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 21-0 non-league loss to Lakeview (Columbus, NE).

The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE). The Pioneers enter the C1 District 1 match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Fort Calhoun was crushed by Central City (Central City, NE), 48-19, in a non-league match.
