The Whale Branch Warriors (Beaufort, SC) football routed the host Burke Bulldogs (Charleston, SC), 53-12 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Warriors face the Battery Creek Dolphins (Beaufort, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 23. Whale Branch will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Dolphins enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 38-0 non-league loss to Bluffton (Bluffton, SC).

The Bulldogs (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against North Charleston (North Charleston, SC). The Cougars enter the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, North Charleston was overwhelmed by Colleton County (Walterboro, SC), 19-12, in a non-league bout.
