Pennsylvania High School Football - Ephrata drops to Solanco

September 16, 2022: Ephrata, PA 17522

In Friday's league game, the Solanco Golden Mules (Quarryville, PA) football team knocked off the host Ephrata Mountaineers (Ephrata, PA), by a score of 25-17.

The Golden Mules (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, PA). The Buckskins come into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Conestoga Valley was dropped by Warwick (Lititz, PA), 21-10, in a league game.

The Mountaineers now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Daniel Boone for a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 game on Friday, September 23. Ephrata will battle a Blazers team coming off a 19-10 league loss to Garden Spot (New Holland, PA). The Blazers record now stands at 1-3.
