Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting First State Military Academy Bulldogs (Clayton, DE), 30-26 in a league test.

With the triumph, Polytech improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Seaford (Seaford, DE) to confront the Bluejays in a 1A District 2 test on Friday, September 23. The Bluejays come into the test with a record of 4-0. Seaford won 41-10 in their recent non-league test against Southern (Harwood, MD)

With the loss, First State Military Academy drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Odessa (Townsend, DE) to confront the Ducks in a 1A District 2 test on Friday, September 23. The Ducks come into the test with a record of 0-1. Odessa lost 28-14 in their recent non-league test against McKean (Wilmington, DE)
