Ohio High School Football - Mt. Gilead drops to Fredericktown

September 16, 2022: Fredericktown, OH 43019

In Friday's league game, the Fredericktown Freddies (Fredericktown, OH) football team knocked off the visiting Mt. Gilead Indians (Mt. Gilead, OH), by a final score of 43-22.

The Freddies (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Northmor (Galion, OH). The Golden Knights come into the Knox Morrow game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Northmor was dropped by Danville (Danville, OH), 32-7, in a league game.

The Indians now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Knox for a Knox Morrow game on Friday, September 23. Mt. Gilead will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 14-7 league win over Cardington-Lincoln (Cardington, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.
