Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Manteo Redskins (Manteo, NC), 56-14 in a league test.

With the triumph, Holmes improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Aces host Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC) to battle the Eagles in a 2A/3A East Conference 15 test on Friday, September 23. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-2. Northeastern won 49-13 in their recent league test against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC)

With the loss, Manteo drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Redskins host First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC) to battle the Nighthawks in a 2A/3A East Conference 15 test on Friday, September 23. The Nighthawks come into the test with a record of 0-4. First Flight lost 49-13 in their recent league test against Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC)
