In Friday's non-league game, the Indianola Academy Colonels (Indianola, MS) football team got by the visiting Washington Generals (Greenville, MS), by a score of 28-27.
The Colonels (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Carroll Academy (Carrollton, MS). The Rebels come into the MAIS 4A District 2 game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Carroll Academy was tipped by St. Joseph (Greenville, MS), 52-16, in a league game.
