The Ipswich Tigers football team (Ipswich, MA), was beaten 37-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Lowell Catholic Crusaders (Lowell, MA)
The Crusaders (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lee/Lenox Memorial (Lee, MA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Lee/Lenox Memorial was beaten by Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA), 36-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lynnfield for a Cape Ann challenge on Friday, September 23. Ipswich will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 26-18 non-league loss to Marblehead (Marblehead, MA). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-1.
