In Friday's non-league game, the Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) football team got by the visiting King's Knights (Seattle, WA), by a score of 25-23.
The Pioneers (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Hoquiam (Hoquiam, WA). The Grizzlies come into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Hoquiam nipped La Salle (Union Gap, WA), 21-14, in a non-league game.
