The Topeka Trojans football team (Topeka, KS), was beaten 27-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Liberal Redskins (Liberal, KS)

The Redskins (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Dodge City (Dodge City, KS). The Demons come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Dodge City achieved victory over South (Wichita, KS), 42-12, in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Emporia for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 23. Topeka will meet a Spartans team coming off a 56-24 non-league loss to Salina Central (Salina, KS). The Spartans record now stands at 1-2.
