    In Friday's league match, the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights football squad scored a big 41-0 victory over the Stagg Chargers.

    In their next game, the Knights clash with the Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) in a Southwest Suburban - Red match, on Friday, September 23. Lincoln-Way Central will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Thunderbolts enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 42-0 league loss to Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL).

    The Chargers (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Warriors enter the Southwest Suburban - Red match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Lincoln-Way West was crushed by Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL), 39-32, in a league match.
