The Midview Middies football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Steele Comets to 21 in the Middies league win on Friday.

The Middies now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Avon Lake for a Southwestern battle on Friday, September 23. Midview will play a Shoremen squad coming off a 35-21 non-league win over Berea (Berea, OH). The Shoremen record now stands at 5-1.

Coming up next, the Comets play the Berea-Midpark Titans (Berea, OH) in a Southwestern battle, on Friday, September 23. Steele will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Titans go into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 35-21 league loss to Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH).
