The Miyamura Patriots football team (Gallup, NM), was beaten 46-29 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM)

The Warriors (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Raton (Raton, NM). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Raton achieved victory over Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM), 37-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Moriarty for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 23. Miyamura will meet a Pintos team coming off a 19-13 non-league win over Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Pintos record now stands at 4-1.
