    • Washington High School Football - Mount Tahoma nipped by Spanaway Lake

    The Spanaway Lake Sentinels held off the host Mount Tahoma T-Birds football team by a count of 20-14 in Friday's league outing.

    With the win, Spanaway Lake improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Sentinels host Bonney Lake (Bonney Lake, WA) to confront the Panthers in a 3A Pierce County test on Thursday, September 22. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-2. Bonney Lake lost 33-14 in their recent league test against Lakes (Lakewood, WA)

    With the loss, Mount Tahoma drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The T-birds travel to Lincoln (Tacoma, WA) to confront the Abes in a 3A Pierce County test on Friday, September 23. The Abes come into the test with a record of 3-0. Lincoln won 42-28 in their recent non-league test against Camas (Camas, WA)
